UAB UNIS Steel. Baltija is a modern and constantly developing company. Our main objective is in cooperation with the clients to fulfil the individual needs; therefore, we focus on commitment, high service standards, as well as professional and quick problem solving.

For more than 10 years already we are known as reliable and professional metal suppliers. The company began its activities in the year 2005. At that time we were known as UAB Klockner Baltija and belonged to concern Klockner Stahl – und Metallhandel GmbH. Since the year 2010 sales were small but stable, and the number of clients has been growing increasingly. In the year 2010 sales rocketed, as we began to offer a wider range of metal products. It helped us not only to fulfil the needs of our existing clients but also to attract more clients who still use our services. As the need of metal products and the number of clients has been increasing constantly, in December, 2011 a regional warehouse was opened at Televizorių str. 3, Šiauliai. In June, 2012 a regional warehouse in Vilnius, Pramonės str. 97 began its activities. During the period of 2012 the company optimized its IT infrastructure and paid a lot of attention to modernization of working places.

In the year 2012 concern Klockner Stahl – und Metallhandel GmbH decided to sell the shares of the companies belonging to the Eastern Europe group, and Bosnian smelting plant AD UNIS Fabrika Cijevi Derventa became the new shareholder of the company. The new shareholder, by joining the company to developed group of companies BALKANSTEEL, decided to create a new sustainable group.

In the year 2013 the shareholders adopted a decision to change the name of the company. Since then, we are known as UAB UNIS Steel Baltija. After these changes UAB UNIS Steel Baltija has been successfully developing and expanding its activities in the Baltic region. Our determination, professionalism and efforts are proven by the fact that in the year 2011, 2012 and 2015 we were awarded by Strongest in Lithuania certificates which confirm that we are reliable and solvent partners who always and timely fulfil obligations. Moreover, in the year 2014 we received a title of Gazelė which proves that we are able to increase our sales steadily and make profit.

Currently, in three branches of the company – in Šiauliai, Vilnius and Klaipėda – around 30 professionals are employed. Most of them possess more than 5 years of experience in the field of sales and customer service. Our activity is regulated by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and consistent with the international standards. We timely and effectively supply metal products for the largest companies in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and other states, while our suppliers are only reliable manufacturers from Europe, Turkey.
